  I have stayed here 4 years running to attend neaf and every year the same...no hot shower in the morning if the hotel is full. the staff acts surprised ...

  I have stayed here 4 years running to attend NEAF and every year the same...No hot shower in the morning if the hotel is full. The staff acts surprised if you complain, as if they have never heard about the water issue before, I complain every year. 3 out of 4 years the spa is broken too. If the hotel way not so convenient to the conference I would use the Sheraton.

  The location is great, the place is clean, but you better get ready to find breakfast some place else. the food looks old and the service is worse. we had ...

  The location is great, the place is clean, but you better get ready to find breakfast some place else. The food looks old and the service is worse. We had the misfortune to find multiple "graffic adult advertising pages" in the Room Menu, the bathroom tissues, etc. complained at the desk and No Comment. Finally we complained directly to the Manager and said that the cleaning crew couldn't check each room FOR THAT SORT OF THING. This is a chain of Hotels that considers itself a family oriented place. What if there have been a child with us? We were very disappointed with their attitude.

  Very bad very very bad first room was completly dirty they gave us a suite which was oki but if you not syaying for bussiness one night forget it security ...

  VERY BAD VERY VERY BAD FIRST ROOM WAS COMPLETLY DIRTY THEY GAVE US A SUITE WHICH WAS OKI BUT IF YOU NOT SYAYING FOR BUSSINESS ONE NIGHT FORGET IT SECURITY STAFF WAS TERABLE WAS HARASSED BY A GROUP OF MAGAZINE SALESMEN THATY HUNG OUT IN HALLS ALL NIGHT AND RAN AROUND LITERLY THEY HOTEL LATE AT NIGHT I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW BAD THIS WAS IF IT WASNT FOR US BEING OUT ALL DAY AND LOCKING OURSELFS IN THE ROOM AT NIGHT WOULD HAVE LEFT SPENT MY HONEYMOON THERE IN 1979 WAS BRAND NEW I JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW DIRTY THE PLACE WAS COPS THERE every night because of the people fighting people do not stay here with your kids pool was nasty. i grew up in suffern new york was really bad this hotel

  Very happy to accomodate my family and the pup! nice indoor pool for the kids and nice big property. everyone was very friendly.
